Please make the following changes to your Rally Book
The following has recently been received from The Caravan Club
How does this effect you ?
Previously if you wished to stand for election as an Officer or Committee Member you were only required to obtain a "proposer" to complete the nomination form as shown in our Rally Book (slip facing page 31 in your Rally Book) and then sign the form yourself and enter your Membership Number before passing the form to the Secretary at least 14 days before the AGM
You now need to obtain a "Seconder" who is also required to enter his Name, Address, Membership Number and then sign the form in the same way that the Proposer did.
As our AGM is only a few weeks away you are asked to use the form in our Rally Book and ask your "seconder" to use the back of the form to write:- seconded by - then Enter his Name, Address, Membership Number and sign the form in exactly the same way as your Proposer did on the front of the form.
A revised nomination form will be produced in your Rally Book for next year's AGM.
