Advance Notice of Payment Required for

Bath Marina (14th-16th November) and Blackmore Victorian Market (26th-28th November) Rallies

As it is becoming common practice for commercial Site owners to insist on confirmed number of Sites required, and payment in full for all sites so booked a month in advance of the event, the Centre stands to lose a considerable amount by paying for places booked by non arrivals.

The Rally Officer of the above 2 Rallies has asked us to inform you that all Members who have booked on to these 2 Rallies will be reminded 2 months in advance that they must pay in full by 1 month before the Rally. Members who have not paid 4 weeks before the date of the Rally will have their space forfeited and offered to the next person on the waiting list.

I am sure you will understand how important it is to comply with this request, both to save you disappointment and the Centre what can be a considerable amount of YOUR money.

Advance Notice of a Rally to be held in the

Isle of Wight

25th July - 9th August 2009

The Gwent Centre will be holding a holiday rally next year on the Isle of Wight. It will run from Saturday 25th July to Sunday 9th August 2009.

The venue is South Thorness Farm which is just inland from Cowes. The second week will coincide with the annual Cowes regatta.

The approximate cost will be £52.00 per week including rally fee. There are no electric hook-ups available but a battery charging service will be in operation.

We will be taking week or fortnight bookings only with arrival to be Saturday or Sunday and individuals will need to book there own ferry crossings.
