Dinner Dance Rally is only open to Members who have booked for the Dinner Dance

The Dinner Dance rally is apparently full. However, the Social Sec's book is saying something different.

Theoretically, you CANNOT book into the rally UNTIL you have booked the Dinner Dance and forwarded deposit and Social Slip.

This could create problems. If you have booked onto the rally I need Social Slips and £5 deposit ASAP for the Dinner Dance, because it is already filling up with those travelling back and forth.

I would hate for anyone to be disappointed.

Please contact the Social Sec sooner rather later to avoid any confusion.

Next Year's Dinner Dance (January 2009)

Following Very successful Dinner Dances in January 2007 and 2008 it has been decided to return to the same venue for 2009.

There will, once again, be a Rally in the grounds, only available for those attending the Dinner Dance, .

A £20 Non Returnable deposit is required to reserve Hotel Accommodation (this is paid by us to the hotel and is not refundable to us, so we have to make this stipulation).

The Social Secretary will be happy to take part payments, throughtout the year, towards the weekend package. With the exception of the £20 non returnable deposit part payments are refundable until 31st December 2007 if for any reason you need to cancel your booking.
